STRONG as a mother series


Calling all my soon to be and new mommas out there to join in this 5 week program designed specifically for you and your amazing, baby makin’ bod! We will look at everything from how to continue exercise during pregnancy, initiating exercise early postpartum, you and your pelvic floor, and so much more! Each session will start with movement education and end with implementing those movements! You’ll get education and feedback from me, a physical therapist who specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor! You’ll also get the bonus of 45 minutes of “me” time, and most importantly, a community of other women going through similar things as you!

Deets:

Pregnant & 1 year or less postpartum

2 sessions/week

Tuesdays @ 9am - hosted by Great Lakes CrossFit

Thursdays @ 1pm - hosted by Valeo Training

Cost: $225

Childcare available for $50/child (breaks down to $5/session)
